Moonshine Power Yoga 200hr Teacher Training
hosted by Sol Power Yoga.
This Personal Transformation and Leadership Intensive is for you if you are ready to take your practice and life to the next level.
The promise of this program is to give you the tools necessary to wake up and get present, to transform your life and to become a leader for yourself and others. You will be able to successfully lead a Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga™ class. You will also become part of our powerful community that will be a support system for you on and off your mat.

Training topics include: Power Yoga themes and principles, self-inquiry, teaching methodology, anatomy and physiology, 8 limbs of yoga, the yoga sutras, meditation, pranayama, essential language and communication skills, and leadership development.
This program is co-led by Gina Ward, Moonshine Power Yoga, and Sylvia Maxwell, Sol Power Yoga.
Gina Ward, is a certified Baptiste Yoga Teacher and is currently enrolled in the FIT-to-Lead program with the Baptiste Institute. She has led four 200hr teacher trainings, several programs and workshops and has assisted two Baptiste Institute programs. She has been leading fitness based classes for more than 15 years and has a Masters degree in Exercise Science. Moonshine Power Yoga is a Baptiste Affiliate Studio.
Sylvia Maxwell, is a certified Baptiste Yoga Teacher and is currently enrolled in the FIT-to-Lead program with the Baptiste Institute. She is the owner and founder of Sol Power Yoga Albany and the Albany Yoga Project. She will be assisting Level 2 with the Baptiste Institute this fall.
This program is located at Sol Power Yoga in Albany, Georgia.
Requirements for completion of this 200 hour program include:
Attendance at all 4 training weekends
Participation in 40 Days to a Personal Revolution
Completion of all homework: readings, writings and class observations
A minimum of twice per week class attendance at Sol Power Yoga. An unlimited yoga membership is included in your tuition so you are able to practice as much as you’d like!
2018 training will occur on the following weekends:
Feb 9 - 11th, March 9 - 11th, April 6th - 8th, May 4th - 6th
Friday 9:00am - 7:00pm
Saturday 8:00am - 7:00pm
Sunday 8:00am - 5:00pm
40 Days to a Personal Revolution
Monday Nights 7:30 - 8:30pm, Jan 15th - Feb 19th
