Program Promise:

The promise of this program is to take your knowing of the Baptiste Methodology to a new level. You will work one on one with a senior Moonshine Teacher-Leader to dive into the themes and principles of Baptiste Yoga. You will explore the Methodology in your teaching, practice and life so that you can inspire your students from the source - YOU!

Who This Program is For:

For students already graduated from a 200hr Baptiste based Teacher-Training program or those who have attended Level 1 and Level 2 with the Baptiste Institue.

What it Looks Like:

  • 6 classes in which you will shadow, co-teach, assist and/or teach the class. Each week you will receive specific feedback around your teaching-leading that you will practice and apply the following week. The feedback is based on implementing the Baptiste Methodology including The 5 Pillars, True North Alignment, The Organizing Principles and The 10 Tenets of Baptiste Yoga.
  • 6 one on one mentoring meetings where you will meet with your mentor and review your teaching-leading as well as your personal asana and meditation practice.  Each week is structured to apply the Baptiste Methodology to your personal practice and life so that you can create a knowing of it and bring it to life in your classes.

Dates & Commitment:

This program requires you to commit yourself 100%, including being present for all scheduled mentoring meetings and classes.

The 6 classes and one-on-one meetings must occur over the course of no more than 8 weeks.  Your meetings will be set based on your schedule and are flexible.

Registration & Investment:

Registration is ongoing.  Please email Gina directly to schedule an interview. Once admitted to the program, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule your 6-week individualized mentoring and you will be assigned your mentor (requests can be made).  Payment is due in full on the first day of your program.
